At the age of twelve, Alex was first introduced to the restaurant industry by his father, who owned a coffee shop in the city of Lindenhurst, NY. Following the tradition of his father Alex became fascinated with customers and service. Due to the passion for the industry, Alex decided to buy his first restaurant. After operating several establishments, he then decided to come to Georgia. Falling in love with the kindness of the people and the environment here in Georgia, he then decided to start the concept offered here at Alex T's.

Alex says, "I highly value my customers, therefore I only use the best suppliers in order to provide premium quality products and ingredients. I also fry with non-fat cholesterol free shortening keeping my guests healthy. Giving my customers great food and excellent service in a warm relaxed environment is the key to my success."
